If problems are encountered, the chaps at YMS let you know if they are going to be late and by how long, so you are able to re-arrange to keep your site running and/or minimize the disruption. They give you an approximate time for delivery, compared to the nationals 4/5 hour window of delivery on which you can get no further clarity from “the big boys”!
